Problem with tv not going up after channel 9 with the remote
Two things to suggest: first check in main menu set is in correct band---air or cable depending on signal source used.
Second: with a remote direct enter a channel known to be p resent like 15, enter and see if set goes there---if it goes there but no signal or picture you may have a bad tuner.
If it goes there and you have a picture then in the menu MANUALLY add it to the up/down channel memory.

You can purchase an RCA universal remote that will let you access the A-V inputs. These only cost about $10.00 or so. Stargazer

If holding down both volume buttons won't let you into the menu you may need the original remote. Call the phone number on the set. They may still have it available.

Unplug unit from AC outlet for 10 - mins then plug back in to AC. Turn unit on select channel 3 turn off and back on.
