Question about EnGenius SN 920 Ultra Cordless Phone
I just purchased a used SN 920 system and I am unable to get the handset to register to the base. When I try, I get an "No Connection" error as well as when I try to deregister. I tried pressing the Volume key until the "in use" light is lit and then try to register/deregister the handset and I get the above "ID Conflict with Base 1" error message. Please help me connect the handset to the base unit. They both appear to be working and functional. Thanks.
Hold the volume and intercom buttons together the in use light will come on and then go to menu on handset press 6 then 1 to regester that should work i just talked to a friend with a telecom buisness and he told me what to do with mine good luck
