Starting 30 days ago the ovens turn off and show "PF" after awhile when both ovens are turned on. Oven has been installed and in use since February 2003 with no previous problem and nothing has been changed.
Wshort, As long as you are sure the circuit to the oven is not the problem, such as drop in voltage, here are a couple of suggestions. Number one is that the electronic parts for this model have a five year warranty on them and you may want to call for factory service. Sometimes the connections on the main control board become loose or corroded. Try reseating them and see if the problem stops. If not I would suspect the control board power transformer behind the control board. There are two transformers, one for lights the other for the control board. The control board transformer should have the red and blue wires while the light transformer will have the black and white. The voltage could be dropping out here. Make sure that the wires to the oven terminal block are not loose or burnt. Since you are not receiving any error codes except for PF, Im not suspecting the board itself. Catriver...post back.

Hello - This manufacturer does not show to have such an error code for a wall oven. However the error codes F30/F31 indicates that the unit either has an issue with the oven sensor, wiring with the EOC or the probe connections is open or shorted. Contact a professional to move forward accurately.
