I have a Whirlpool washer that is aproximately 4 years old. Has been working great till now. It only washes but when the drain cycle comes. the machine justs stands still. I turn the timer to drain or spin and also nothing.
i replaced the entire timer and, Nothing! I am out of ideas. can anybody Help?

TO BAD ABOUT TIMER CANNOT RETURN DUE ELECTRICAL PARTS ,,, NOW REPL LID SWITCH THAT WILL FIX UR PROBLEM
does not Pump or Spin then checkout this tip... not draining and or not spinningI would try and check voltage at the overload on the motor
when in spin cycle and see if you have power there..
that should tell ya if your at least getting power from the timmer or not in the spin cycle to the motor

I have the same washer and I hate it...it's doing the same thing and just my luck...I have a sick 2 year old that threw up on all of my linnens which happen to be in that damn washer right now!!!! Help...I'm sick and tired of manually draining the water and Whirlpool's 1-800# is no help.
