Possible intake manifold air leak. Try spaying water around intake gasket and see if rpm changes. Faulty front O2 sensor, faulty MAF

The cylinders are numbered as on the spark pack you changed. You might have done better putting the seafoam in the tank as an injector cleaner. Not sure why you changed so many parts, you seem to know how to get the codes from test connector lead hookup and the blink pattern. You might also want to check the fuel rail pressure and the crank and cam angle sensors. Before replacing the injector, swap the #4 injector with the adjacent one and see it the code moves with the injector or stays put. If the code stays on #4, then check the injector wiring, if it moves clean or replace the injector.

Most likely the coils. Easiest way to check is swap them with another cylinder, start it, pull the plug wire connecter and if it doesn't change the engine the coil is bad. If it is the injector, then you can check it with an ohm meter. Touch the leads in the injector it should read 11 to 15 ohms. if you need help let me know.

2005 Dodge Town & Country will start but will not stay running when it's cold. After car warms up or in high temperatures it runs perfect

Clean the Throttle Body and MAF with Cleaner. That causes rough idle.

Also drop a bottle of Fuel System Restorer into half a tank of gas.

More ideas here, but start with the above.

2010 Ford F150 would suddenly loose power and only idle. Pull over shut off sit a couple minutes crank and run fine for a while then do same thing again. Wrench would show up on instrument panel

Sounds like the catalytic converter or muffler maybe getting plugged up and the computer is putting the truck in limp home mode. Did you put a scanner on the truck. You might try to remove the 02 sensor ahead of the cat and see if it runs a little better it will not be perfect but should stay running if so do an exhaust check. When the cat or muffler gets plugged it puts back pressure on the engine and won't allow the fuel to be pulled into the engine properly.

Dash symbol car with spanner through

Your car only has one bank, so this code applies for the entire engine. I'll provide a link that gives a good breakdown of what P0170 means, possible causes, and possible corrections.
P0170 Fuel Trim Malfunction Bank 1

P0170 runs rough

code p0170 refers to fuel trim (FT) bank 1--malfunction===causes--intake leak---AIR system fuel pressure/pump/injectors--EVAP canister purge valve--HO2s
It also refers to heated oxygen sensor (HO2S) 3 bank 1--circuit malfunction===causes --wiring---HO2S--ECM

fix the o2 sensor and the purge valve and you may be on the way to fixing the faults.

1996 dodge caravan 2.4 code p1294

on dodge motors
fitted a lot of parts and still no better

the fault code clears and comes back as a intermittent problem

could be electrical voltage drop off or heat related failure

i wonder if your 02 sensor ,the catalytic converter
or other related sensors
are causing the fault to come back
if needed .....fit a new air filter...

how the test is determined

I have a 2005 Ford Five Hundred Limited AWD. I have a problem starting the car. It may crank for 5 seconds before half-starting...it will idle rough at ~500 RPMs for a couple of seconds and may stall, or...

Burn the lowest octane that you can, based on the specs. Ford has found when people run premium fuel, starting was delayed.

It is actually the lowest octane that has the most explosive power. Higher octane burns SLOWER.

1998 mazda mpv code p0170 erase code car runs fine but when i stop for a few minutes it is hard to start and runs rough the engine light comes back on and the code will read p0170 again

This code indicates a fuel ratio problem. I would start by inspecting all the vacuum lines, including the pcv hose and power brake hose. Carefully inspect the air intake hose. This is the large hose between the throttle body and the airflow meter. If this hose is cracked or loose the computer will not sense how much air is being drawn into the engine and it will be hard to start.
