it's not a major problem.go to bios screen by pressing F2 and DEL in keyboard at startup you will enter bios screen there you can change the boot device properties.change the first device to hard disk and second to CD or DVD ROM drive.it will solve your problem

Your computer cannot find a boot-able storage device, i.e. hard disk drive, to boot from. Either your hard disk drive is defective or the OS (operating system software) is corrupted and needs to be re-installed.
The "floppy" disk-drive (3.5-inch diskette) on your computer is broken.
Press F1 to ignore the error, and to boot from your C: drive.
Or, press F2 to enter BIOS SETUP, and then navigate through those "setup" screens to tell the computer to "disable floppy seek", or change the setting from "3.5 1.44Mb drive" to "none".
Or, take the computer to a technician, and buy a replacement disk-drive, and get it installed.
This indicates that your computer is configured to boot on the floppy drive. 1. At the start of the computer Press F2 2. Go to the Boot Device Configuration. 3. Enable Hard Disk Boot Priority. 4. Set the First Boot Priority to Hard Disk 5. Save and Exit.
Please let me know of the outcome. Thank you and regards.
Enter the setup, and there will be a setting in there somewhere called "Halt On" and if you set that to "No Errors" the computer should boot fine.
This works with Dell computers.
Diskette drive 0 seek failure — See "Drive Problems" in your Owner's Manual.
Does the PC have a floppy drive? If it doesn't It appears that your BIOS (Basic PC setup) thinks that there is one! I think that pressing f2 on boot will bring you into the BIOS setup.
In there, see can you locate any reference to 3.5 inch floppy and amend it to the setting which suits the config of your PC.
Please take care as to what other settings you change in the BIOS
