My pc becomes to slow

What info we need to help you better..
1.How much memory you have .
2.You've already stated the brand and model#
3.You've stated the program for your security program (kaspersky)
4.processor type speed.

be sure that virus definitions on your anti virus client is fully up to date. Having an anti virus software with an out dated virus definition is like having a gun with out any bullet. Update your virus definitions and do a full scan on your laptop.

If you don't plan on buying Kaspersky, there are alot free programs out there. See below. Hope this information is helpful. If it is pls rate me.

Your Norton that you bought in 2005 has expired.
Normally, the anti virus protection, you buy, will have an expiration of 1 year or 2 years. It will only have more, if you have purchased the license for more. If not,that is why your Norton is out ot date. Expired 2006!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND NORTON

If for the PC, and running slow, you need to look at the Ram, and start up programs. Or This Could be a Virus. This Virus normally corrupts your computer. Run Spybot Search n Destroy and see what comes up. If really corrupted, then you need to Reformat.

If you need to do a Reformat. Be sure and do a Back-up First., because you will loose everything.

If you know how to do a back-up, save all your documents, pictures and music. If not take it to a reputable computer shop to take of this. There will be a slight charge, but they will save all your important data.

Sounds like 2 problems. If the laptop does not hold a charge, and if the adapter wiggles, more then likely, you need a new motherboard. You can call manufacturer and see what one would cost.

2nd- Runs slow. Either you need more more Ram, and or You are infected.

Sounds to me, you might be infected. Be sure and Back-up everything, before you can't do anything. Here is some good information for you.

Go to www.trendmicro.com, and do the free scan Trend Micro's House Call virus, spyware and malware scanner and cleaner.

If you have anything, remove them.

Try installing antivirus software like Quickheal, Kaspersky.
Tune up your PC using a Registry Cleaner like "Eusing Registry Cleaner" or go Microsoft Web Site & try their free registry cleaner.
