Question about Canon P23-DH Calculator
How do I clean the print head?
Take a small cup and boil it in a microwave, then submerge the printing head (gold foil area) of the cartridge in the boiling water, please be careful doing this, The hot water will dissolve and clear the head, if no joy the print head is defective and you need to buy another one.

There is a small slot below the removable ribbon cover. Cut the end of the paper so that you have a 45 degree angle.
It does not have to be so sharp of an angle, but it helps to get the end through the maze.
Insert the paper into the slot, and wiggle it through until you can grab the end of it. Pull the paper through, and slide it through the cover, and reinstall the ribbon cover.
When putting the paper on the roller make sure that the paper is heading straight into the slot.

Rather than try to describe the process (through this slot and over that), I'll suggest you follow the illustrated instructions in the manual you can download from http://www.usa.canon.com/consumer/controller?act=ModelInfoAct&tabact=DownloadDetailTabAct&fcategoryid=346&modelid=15431

For loading paper into canon p23-dh v is to cut a piece of index card to the length of 3 inches and to the width of the paper you want to load. Tape evenly to the end of the paper roll and put into the ****, pushing gently in and at the same time pressing the 'Feed" button. It will immediately feed since it is firmer than the Poat-it paper.
