Hi, Go to your search programs and files box in the start menu and type in services when you open services scroll down to Print Spoolers double click and you will see service status started hit the key that says stop after it stops hit OK to close it and reopen Print Spoolers and click open tab and then hit OK to close then close services box and you should be able to print again. Good Luck
Open the Print Que and see if it will let you pause the print job. Then close the que and turn the printer off. Open the print que again and see if it will let you delete it. For some reason every now and again a que will hang. This process should reset the que. It will dump everything in printer memory and should release the document to delete the job. In any event pausing the job should release the printer to print other jobs.
You should be able to download the print driver. Id try clearing the que first. do the three finger wave if necessary to find the process - terminate it - then reopen the que - see if the document is gone.
Unplug your printer - ower and signal ... go get a soda . when you get back plug the stuff back in ... remember - shut the stuff off first!
you can't print another document until there's a document on queue on the printer...you need to delete it first..
i experience it before I just delete the printer icon on the printer and faxes area and unplug the printer and plug it again ..wait a such time when a wizard appears on your screen just follow it..to find your printer driver..and to start a new session with the printer..
