In timekeeping mode press bottom left button 6x to enter setting mode. Then hold down top left button until digital time flashes, which indicates your in analog time setting mode. press bottom right button to set the time. If you hold down bottom right, it will set time at a faster speed. Hope this helps
Looking at your watch face: the upper left button is A, upper right is B, lower left is C and lower right is D.
Get your watch into "Hand Setting mode" That is the mode witht he digital time and seconds above it.
From Day and Date window it would mean pushing button "C" six times to get to that mode.
Once in "Hand Setting Mode"
Hold down button "A" til time blinks, then press button "D" to advance the hands, to the desired time.
The solution is in the user manual: pres "mode" six times, then press "adjust". The minute hand can only advance, by pressing "search", holding it pressed or pressing "light" and "search" at the same time. When you are satisfied with the settings, press "adjust" again to finish the procedure.
go to;

and enter the module number code on the back of your watch - hopefully will tell you what you need to know.
Hope this helps :)
Here is a link to the manual:
http://ftp.casio.co.jp/pub/world_manual/wat/en/qw1310.pdf
It says:
Hold do the (A) button [the upper-right button] to advance the analog time setting. The analog time will adjust forward at high speed. It only goes forward, so if you miss the proper time, you have to go all the way around again.
No crown in watch to set analog
