Other telephones will ring on same line when GE phone is disconnected. I have 2 GE 21018GE3 and the second phone will not ring either.

Disconnect all phones and just connect the GE phones.
there is only a certain amount of power transmited through a phone line to make the phone ring if you have too many phones running off the same line then the ones further away from the main connection suffer

Have not found a solution yet.
My set is doing the same thing. I can use them, because I know the phone has rung ( from another phone) however neither of the GE 21018GE3 will ring. I've very disappointed... if anyone has solution email me at [email protected]

MY PHONES WON'T RING EITHER..BUT WHEN I HOOK UP MY OTHER PHONE THAT IS NOT A CORDLESS IT WORKS...MY DAD TOOK IT AND HOOKED IT UP AT HIS HOUSE AND IT RINGS THERE!
