My cell phone nokia 1600b net10 is telling me sim card rejected what do i co ok so i was trying to change the pin code on my net 10 nokia 1600b phone and then it locked me out then i tried unlocking my phone and now its saying that sim card rejected. what can i do to fix the problem but not loose any of my minutes that i have. if anyone can help please do so. soon.. thanks. kyle

If you enter the PIN code three times incorrectly one message will be shown "ENTER PUK" Then if you again enter the puk 10 times incorrectly"SIM REJECTED"
After these your sim-card will be completely damage.
Therefore, just throw away the old Sim and get new one.

Actually its not security code..Its SIM PIN NUMBER..

PIN CODE is SIM dependent and not phone dependent

PUK code in PIN UNLOCKING CODE, which is required when you give PIN number wrongly for 3 times,
This code is OPERATOR specific and not phone specific and you have to call you operator and get PUK if PIN is blocked...

if you provide PUK code wrongly for 7 time, you sim may become useless, then you have to buy new SIM

Now since the SIM is rejected, you have buy new SIM requesting that your SIM is rejected from the operator

puk means personal unblocking number.This code will be provided by your service provider only.Its toll free number.If you try incorrect puk no more than three times your sim will rejected.Hope i helped you.vote me if my solution was usefull

Toya, Contact the helpline of your service provider as PIN for SIM is a service provider function. They will give you a new master code. Use that to ulock you SIM.

NET 10 locks their sim cards so that you have to use a NET10 phone.

The chances are that the W375 is locked to Net10. The other Motorola phone you mentioned will work with the old SIM if the phone was previously used on Net10, or has been unlocked.

Most phones, upon issue, are locked to the network that provided the phone. If the other working phone is locked to a different network, speak to the Network it was previously locked to, and ask for an unlock code.

Try it anyway, you can't damage anything by doing so.

if you enter the wrong pin code for 3 times your sim will get blocked ...
it will ask for the puk code ...
then you must call to the customer care of your network provider from some of your friend s cell of same network connection and you must tell them that your pin got blocked you want the puk code ...
they may ask for the details of your sim card be sure to tell it ..

then they will provide the puk code note it down and enter into it ..
your sim will get unlocked...

note :
if you enter the wrong puk code for more than 3 or 10 times the sim will get fully blocked if then you must contact to network provider shoppe....
