When I use the dial it doesnt select Best Shot or View. I am quessing that the connection is dirty? But not sure how to clean or even open up the camera. This is what comes up for each setting. View setting come up as interval photos (normally last on dial) photo setting - interval photos as well best shot setting - interval photos as well. coupling shot - night shot setting night shot - works (night setting) M - works (manual) Video - works interval setting - works. Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks
If your buttons aren't working properly I would send it in to Casio and have them fix it. I would call them and tell them that your camera needs sent in for repair and see where the closest place is for you to send it. You can call them at 800-706-2534 and then keep choosing option 1.

First load the mobile softwares on your PC from the CD
Once the necessary softwares are installed connect your phone through data cable
then follow below given procedure
Go to Start > Settings>control panel> double click on phone & modem
New pop up window opens.in this window got to Modems tab and select the phone modem which would be visible there.
click on the properties and then on diagnostics
