When printing to a Xante Accel-a-Writer 4N, (Either through internal printer menus [diagnostics, startup pages, etc], or from a computer on the network) if the manual feed is selected, it will switch the page orientation of what you are printing. If the page should come out in landscape it will try to print it vertically - thus cutting off the sides of the image and leaving white space on the top and bottom of the page. Conversely if you print a standard letter page (A start page for example) It will print it with a landscape orientation - cutting off the top and bottom of the image this time, and leaving white space on the sides of the page. This problem does not occur when printing from the cassette. I suspect a logic problem and left it unplugged for 15+ minutes, problem persisted.
Make sure that manual feed is set to letter, on the printer front panel. This is a tabloid printer, so letter size sheets are fed long edge. The cassette will print okay because the media size info for the cassette is read by the printer from the cassette cams.
