The subwoofer is the low frequency contribution to your sound. The "boom". Any brand will do...obviously, there are quality differences. Some units are powered...others not. This is probably not. Find a major store like Best Buy or Circuit City. They've been through this before. You can probably get info from Panasonic at their website.

Hello, my Harman Kardon HKTS 15 sub woofer don'st work, the light that suppouse to turn from orange to withe when i turn on my receiver stay orange.could be the cable from my receiver to the sub...

It could be because of your subwoofer AMP is gone.

Temp fix: Disconnect the subwoofer wire from receiver for 20-30mins and plug-it back. It did work for couple of months.

My onkyo reciever working very well but last 2 days subwoofer out put off from receiver .... subwoofer is ok

Hi, If you have remote to receiver try hitting the speaker setup selection. I am thinking perhaps a speaker setting was inadvertantly taqmpered with. In speaker settings you will have such things as distance setting-speaker size-delay etc..then you should come to a selection for whether or not a subwoofer is used ie: subwoofer : on, off.. I hope this has been of some use and thank you for choosing FixYa,Good luck, Prodzilla

I moved my hi-fi system in doing this i bent one of the pins in the conection which conects my subwoofer to the control section I straightened the pin but after that the subwoofer would not turn on.

The pin you bent - was it the common RCA cable that carries the signal? It's replaceable.

Beyond that, we need specific information. Make & model of all involved components is always helpful.

HELLOOOOOO HOW CAN CONECT MY SUBWOOFER

Your problem is quite simple. The low input is for feeding a lead straight from the output of your receiver IE sub out and the high input is for connecting the sub directly to your speaker output where the alternative is not possible. Hope this helps

Basslink remote volume control not working.

The only replacement for that knob is an inline RCA pot. Its not as good but will get the job done. If your rj11 is bad, most shops will have plenty spares, call around...

Help me with my problem.

Sounds like a conection problem. disconect all the cables clean the connectors with something like deoxit or any terminal cleaner. reconnect all cables making sure to make the correct conections. If you do not have a signal ground between your sub and amp you should consider it if it is a powered sub the signal ground can go to the preamp or whatever your driving it with.

good luck
