Try Toshiba website itself,they have all their products on their website site.If the website don't have ur product's instructions,mean ur product are been in their website to long and been remove and been updated.Look for their 1-800... phone numbers give them a call,pay them a fee.They'll sent it out to u.

DVD player freezes while playing dvd, but will work if I fast forward
You have a scratch or marks on the disk. Try taking the disk out and cleaning it then trying again.

Or if this is a self burned dvd, then it is also possible that the video was not encoded to the disk properly. If this is the case all you need to do is burn another disk at a slower write speed.

This is happening because you have selected NTSC video format
Select the PAL video format and you would be able to see coloured movies again

Purple and green color only
If you replace the video cable with a new one and it works, it's because the cable has a break in it.

If a replacement cable has the same problem, the break is inside of the DVD player and it will need to be serviced or replaced.

Put in dvd and it spins and churns and then just says "loading error". Everything was fine a few days ago!
These units when the glass laser eye lens is dirty and needs to be cleaned with rubbing alcohol and a cotton swab, or the laser circuit or motor is faulty and needs to be replaced.

clean the lens of your dvd.if that does not work your lens must have gone bad have a tech look at your set for possible repairs.good luck
