I'm not sure it's possible to bypass the immobolizer.
It may need to be towed to a Toyota dealer to have a new key/transponder programmed to the vehicle.
It may be possible to have a locksmith do it onsite...but that depends on the vehicle. Many have to be programmed by a dealer.

Hi Hwiracing, Check the power feeds to the managements system sounds as though you've lost one power feed to the computer. In the event of that failing check the connections to the transponder. It sounds as though the injectors circuit are not opening and that could be the transponder could be the problem. Just an after thought, as it's a diesel, have you removed all the air from the fuel system? Regards Johngee10
IS THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT ON.IF YES COULD BE FAULTY PCM.BUT HAVE CAR CODE SCAN TO MAKE SURE BECAUSE YOU COULD HAVE A FUEL SOAK CHARCOAL CANISTER , WEAK IGNITION SPARK, FAULTY FUEL PRESSURE REGULATOR.AND LOW CYLINDER COMPRESSION ALL OF THESE THINGS WILL CAUSE BLACK RICH SMOKE MIXTURE.
Keys are not all the same, it is possible the key you bought may not work, it should be searched by VIN by the dealer, and the dealer has to program with factory scan tool, should cost no more than .5 hours in labor.
