There is no convergence on this animal. reset the settings to factory default and set the resolution to match the source. if the colors are way off, you need to adjust the mirrors manually, which is quite an undertaking, and would not recoment doing it yourself.

I need to reset the lamp life timer on my projector, but it requires a password. We never set a password. Is there any way around this?

From the manual: " User name and password are not set in the factory " . Don't enter anything.

Manual for the projector here:

What can be done to fix a 6500 lumen Eiki projector with a blue cast on the left side of the projected image

Normally replacing the individual panels is not possible, they are factory alligned. But you can have a try, but takes a lot of patience to achieve a good convergence/ focus again. PLEASE check first the in and out polarized glasses for optical discoulerd areas or leaks.

Our EIKI 4500 DLP projector work for about 40 mins then starts to power cycle. does it sound like the power supply to you. do you know where to get a replacement power supply for it?

This model has sometimes poor power supply boards.
replacing them is a terrible job, original boards are only available through official EIKI distributors.
partnumber = 9NK5600204232 ( manufacturer is SHARP)

In few minutes after turn on the projector (Eiki Lc-xnb4m) , it shut off automaticlly. and i connect notebook with the projector ,no any reaction. i don't know how to operate it?

are any of the leds flashing? could be overheating. blow out the dust with canned air. if the lamp is old, it could be that it needs to be replaced. if the fans go out immediately as well, it could be the power supply.

Display color problem, Eiki projector LC-NB2UW

Hi sjmuseum

If you cannot find the advanced option in the standard users menu , then it will only be in the Service Menu which you would have to call Eiki support to find out how to enter the Service Menu.
