Unfortunately
the majority of SIEMENS/VDO codes (including your CDR2005) will
NOT be available for free (or
cheap) from anywhere on the Internet as
access is required to the original factory database…which is not commercially
available..
Try your
Main Dealer or a Decoding Service or your local Car Radio / Audio Shop (who are
normally the cheapest option) who will connect it to a laptop to read/recode
the memory chip (EEPROM)
SOURCE: NEED SAFE CODE
well for the code, check the owners manual front page or rear page, normally dealerships place the codes in there for you if you are buying the car from one, if you dont have any luck there google the company that makes the radio, and let them know you just bought a car that has that radio in it, give them the serial number, a lot of times they have a generic code that they can give you to unlock it.... your first bet tho is to call the dealership you bought it from after you have shecked the owners manual, or look thru the glove box for any papers you were given buying the car, it may be written on something else....
if you bought it from someone call them and ask them... or if you dont have their contact info, go back to where you bought it from...

SOURCE: Have lost the code for my Vauxhall Corsa Stereo
CDR 2005 codes require access to the original factory database and will not be available for free from anywhere on the Internet.
Main Dealer or a Radio Decoding Service only
Sorry
SOURCE: VAUXHALL RADIO CDR 2005-VDO. DO NOT KNOW THE MAKE
The CDR2005 is made by SIEMENS/VDO and unfortunately the code cannot be calculated using any program (from Ebay and elsewhere) as it has to be looked up on the original Vauxhall database which is only available at a main Vauxhall Dealer
The alternative is to take it into a Radio Decoding Service who will open it up and wire it into a laptop to read the memory chip (EEPROM) using special dump reading sofware.
Sorry
