Question about Kenmore 73503 Stainless Steel Bottom Freezer Refrigerator
Refrierator is just over a year old. My son raised the temp control to 70, now I cannot get the temperature to go back down. The freezer works fine. There is power, lights work, doors seal fine.
Do you mean the display won't go below 70 or that the actual temps won't go below 70? First try to unplug the refer for 20-30 seconds then plug it back in. Hopefully that will reset the levels to factory settings (usually around 0 for freezer and 36 for refer).

Thank you for your post, friend!
I see your Frigidaire refrigerator is not cooling and you have performed a reset on your appliance by unplugging it. You could be experiencing an issue within your control panel or sealed system. I would recommend seeking assistance from a professional to come and diagnose your appliance for the proper repair. Hopefully this is helpful. -Matt

Frigidaire PHSC39EESS Stainless Steel Side by Side Refrigerator
We have had our 1 year old refrigerator go off twice and not come back on. The first time it was during a thunder storm, the second time we were out of town and lost everything. We had to unplug it both times to get it back on. The lights on the front don't go off. Any ideas what is wrong?
I have my fridge set at 7(max) and I can't get it below 42 degrees. The freezer is fine. Our milk keeps spoiling.
As others described, suddenly my fridge won't cool, but my freezer is just fine. What gives?
For over a month the display light which shows temperature stays on. There is no alarm, the seals are fine. Can't get it to turn off and cannot find service person whop will return call. Manufacturer says it only stays on if a seal is compromised, no seal has been compromised. Help??
