Moved my frige a short distance and now the led lights are not working, they are both showing 88 degrees, interior lights come on when doors are open but control panel remains inactive, motors are not running. when moving frige it was at an angle but not flat?
See if you accidentally unpluged or damaged any wires under the refer during the move. There are connectors that can sometimes easily pull apart if a dolly hits them.

Could the ambient room temperature have any affect in its operation if moved to a colder room/
I have the same problem the control panel just stopped working, but I did not move the refrigerator. We opened the door and the front panel lit up and was beeping and just stopped displaying and it no longer beeps when the door is open to long.
