I seem to remember that had an Intel wifi adapter and I had to go to intels website download the self discovery tool and it loaded the wifi driver from intels site for me. does the pc have have bluetooth or just capable? bolth bluetooth deviecs must be in receiving mode. download a bluetooth serial finder application matching your operating system. if that does not find the phone when in its in receiving mode u need to ensure pc has bluetooth card enabled w proper drivers!!!

Have you tried to press the esc key and if not that just press enter and see what that does if not contact the place that you purchased the computer from and ask them.

first try to check in the program files if you have bluetooth installed. start >> programs >>bluetooth >> bluetooth settings look for the menu were you can activate the bluetooth.
also you can try. looking in the system tray icons. you will see the blueetooth icon in color red when it is disabled...right click on the icon and choose enable bluetooth radio.
