Problem with DID numbers not reaching the intended

Double check the DID mapping. The default of the system is to send the calls to unmapped extensions to ext 10.
Verify the correct digits are being sent, and that is programmed in your T1 programming..

My customer has a Partner Mail VS 4.0. At times

Never heard that one before, you might try # 306 and see if the return extension is itsself.

Problem with DID numbers not reaching the intended

Because they are routing to extension 10, that means there are not valid routes for them. How many digits is the LEC sending? MAKE SURE that they are sending what you have programmed.

AVAYA PARTNER ACS PHONE SYSTEM

Yes it can. Depending on the type of voice mail attached to your system you can both have the lines answered with a seperate main greeting (partner messaging can do this) or answered by a seperate mailbox (all partner voice mails).

To program a page button for other extensions.
At the phone, press Feature 00
press the LIGHTED button you want to program.
press the LEFT intercom button, followed by * (star) and the 2 digit extension number.
Repeat for more buttons.

Voice message, reprogramming extensions

How did you program the voicemail so a caller can not leave a voicemail to a particular extension? Line ownership? SO a call goes directly to a milbox?

How can you reprogram the voice message????? Which one, for a particular user or the main Auto attendant greeting????

You have to know the admin login to change a mailbox password.

For that, you need to know which voicemail system this is.
When you log in to check your mail, the lady says, "welcome to Partner......"

Please fill in the blanks.
