I have had this unit for 2 mo. and really love it. I do have a queation about a clicking noise that seems to orginate somewhere around the double burner control knob? It makes this clicking noise only around 4pm and last for sometime before it stops. Then it starts back up in the middle of the night and stops in the a.m. I'm wondering if this is a normal or should I call for service. Bob69
Bob, I would call for service. According to the model number this is a electric range. If it were gas the clicking could possibly be a bad valve switch. Since this is electric, there should be no clicking when not in use...Catriver..post back.

Hello; I did call service. They are looking into what might be the problem. I do know the clicking noise is comming from the dual frt burner control as I can actually feel the clicking when holding on to the control. STRANGE::

We are having the identical problem with a JennAir JES9900BAS, though the clicking time and frequency is completely random. We can also feel the vibration of the clicking on the dual front burner control. We have replaced this control along with the touchscreen and main control board. The problem stopped for a while and is back. Any ideas what can be causing this? When we hear the noise we turn off the circuit breaker and the noise stops, so it seems to be electrical.
