Driver I have lost the driver. Please tell me how i will download the driver of presario v5000.

Reinstall OS and all drivers, if not working, then try with a different OS or search for updated drivers.

Did you install the drivers for the sound card? Try downloading the latest drivers from the following link:

Please right click on mycomputer go to properties then hardware then device manager then update driver then give path from c-program file audio driver XP then it will take driver and work fine

You can download the drivers from Dell WEB site, the support download page. Make sure you select your model laptop, better still type in the Service Tag number, it is printed on the label on the bottom of the laptop. Also make sure you select the Windows XP or Vista version of the driver for your Windows operating system.
