The door of my Siemens iq500 door won't open

SOURCE: The door lock won't open. I unplugged unit to

try finding the manual release..on my bosch nexxt 300 there is an access panel on front lower right of unit for the drain if i open it and reach up there is a cable to pull on to manually unluck the door...have wet vac ready as there might be water from a clogged drain causeing washer to keep door locked

unplug wait 5mins plug back in it worked for me
