Have vista on computer but when I load Futura software it says there is and error and won't load .I trie d patch but don't know how to get it to help?
I too am running vista and had problems installing software ... I called singer support and they walk me through removal of futura ( you have to be sure u remove the already installed clem driver) and ALL futura... then re-install.... my machine is running fine on vista now!!!!

Error updating the driver (hid:*windrurg) wth the INF file: The system cannot finthe tile specified.
This is the error code that comes up when I try to load the futura ce-100.
When I downloaded the patch, I get an error message regarding the platforms ; 84 cannot be used with a 64, or something like that. Does anyone have the phone nu,mber to call Singer about the Futura embroidery machine? I looked in my instruction book, but couldn't find it. Thanks for all your help! Ro
There is a feature in Windows 7 that allows you to run software made for previous versions of Windows. Go go Control Panel>Programs>Programs and Features>Run software made for previous versions of Windows.
