Question about Apple iPod nano
When I turn my device on it shows an image of a pixel image of a HDD, with a huge exclamtion mark infront of it, It also says its connected to the PC on the HDD you know the picture of the hdd with the usb wire to a PC on the HDD screen, but my PC isn't recognising it. I am sure they are linked as both things happened at the same time. anyone help please? thanks
If your iPod is frozen or won't turn on, connect your iPod to your computer, then press and hold the "Menu" and "Select" buttons simultaneously for 10 seconds to reset the iPod. Resetting an iPod will not affect your files or preferences.
