Http://www.sigmadesigns.com/public/Support/pdf_files/user%20guides/hwp_man.pdf This is the User's Guide to install. A google search also turns up drivers for this device - you might want to download those first. And it appears there is a specific manner in which to install and cable this card. Since it is a used card it is possible that the card is bad. Did you connect S-Video from the card to S-Video on the TV, or did you get the S-Video to Composite cable converter? Apparently brand new it comes with the converter cable.

Have downloaded cd file but unable to download pictures via usb to pc

What make and model camera? If it uses a memory card of some type, consider NOT connecting your camera to your computer.

The best way to download pictures from your camera to your computer involves removing the memory card from the camera and plugging it into a card reader (either built-in to the computer or connected via USB). This is likely to be faster than connecting the camera to the computer, and won't run down your camera's batteries.

Once the card is plugged in, it will appear to your computer as a removable drive. You can use the operating system's drag&drop facility to copy pictures from the card to the computer's hard drive, the same way you copy any other files. Or you can use any photo management program such as Picasa ( http://picasa.google.com ).

Search the web for a free program called Recuva. Download and install it on your computer. Plug your SD card into a card reader and connect it to a USB port on your computer. Run Recuva and follow the instructions to recovered the deleted pictures from the SD card. This will only work if the card has NOT been used since the pictures were deleted. If the card has been used, the deleted files may have been overwritten and they are gone.

I've used Recuva to find and recover pictures that I have deleted from my recycle bin when I emptied it. Try to download the program from the Recuva site since many of the download sites now try to slip stuff you won't want into their downloads. Be careful to uncheck any boxes that attempt to add automatically things like toolbars, search engines and other unwanted programs.

After deleted Pictures n Videos by mistake, how to recover PICTURES n Video in FUJIFILM FINEPIX F300EXR?

First of all, do not save any new file to camera's memory card.

Take out memory card, and connect it to computer using a card reader. You should see memory card shown as a drive letter (like H:) in Windows Explorer.
Download this camera photo and video recovery software
http://www.asoftech.com/adr/
Install and open the data recovery software, select the memory card, and click 'Next' button.

Digital camera recovery

You have to use a usb card reader either on your computer or an external USB card reader. Put the camera memory card in the card reader, open the recovery program, then select the drive where files are deleted, then press "Start" and wait for it to do it's magic.

Sounds like a driver issue. Maybe win2k is not completely compatible with your video card drivers. Win2k is known to have issues with third party drivers.
