Blue screen with red key or flag in the corner

The tv screen is blue, and there is a red key or flag in the bottom left corner. I can't change the channels or or volume, or do anything for that matter. Any help would be much appreciated!!

The Child Lock may be activated. Hold the Function key and press the Mute key to DeActivate.

Unlock apex tv model # AT2702

If you have a blank screen with a red key on the bottom left, simply press the (function or F) button and the mute button at the same time. This will unlock the screen and allow you to view the channel as desired.
If your TV asks for a 4-digit code or password please enter 3308 or 6688 to unlock the screen or reset any preset rating levels.
If you have a GT2011J or GT2011S Television, hold the (Display) button for 10 seconds, it will unlock the screen. If password or code is requested, try 3308 or 6688.

Apex model PF3225, The TV is Locked (blue screen with red key on the bottom left corner). Don't have original remote...please help

Press the "Menu" button on the remote control and use the arrow buttons to scroll down to the "Parental Guide" option, then press the "Enter" button.
Type in the default parental code "6688" if you have not set your own code. If you have set your own code, type it in. If you set your own code and forgot it, override it by using "6688."
Use the arrow keys to switch the parental lock to "OFF." This allows all programs to be viewed no matter the rating. Press the "Exit" button on the remote and start watching all your channels

My apex tv is locked.

You have to hold the button that looks like a flag (top left) and press either the mute or video button. I don't remember which one

The Tv's Child Lock has been activated...
Hold down the F button and press the MUTE button to unlock.
You can only remove the child lock using the remote.
