Do you have a restore disc?

If not you can use the emanagement software on your PC to create one.

Once you have your restore disc, reboot your pc. Once the ACER logo disappears push the <Delete> key to enter BIOS (Setup) browse through the menu's until you find the option for "Boot Order" and change them so that your cd/dvd drive is the first one in the list. Push <F10> to save and reboot

put your restore disc in the drive. And reboot as necessary.
From here on out it should be simply following the prompts.

If you can't change the setting in the bios setup that means you have a bios supervisor password set. If you don't know the supervisor password you can reset the supervisor with Acer Bios Master Password from http://www.unlockbiosrecovery.com/Unlock_Acer_Bios.php for only $20

factory recovery
if the computer is booting to windows, then click start and open a folder named as 'acer' listed in ' all programs '.You will find the ' Acer e-recovery managent ' in that folder.You can open it and click allow for the user account controls.Please click 'restore ' for the next screen and the select the first option, 'completely restore to factory defaults '.Follow the on screen instruction to initiate the Recovery.
The Alternate method for starting the Recovery on startup is using the combination of ALT+F10 ( some models its ALTgr ) on startup.Press and Hold down the ALT( Left hand of space ) and at the same time keep on tapping the F10 key till you get the message " Windows is loading files".Just follow the On screen Instructions to start the Recovery.

Read the User Manual or if you don't have it, download it at Acer web sites. Search for "Restore the Acer Aspire 3680" in the manual or the web.

How can i clear my aspire 3680 and repair so that it is like factory again. Physical memory is at 99% and cannot function

You will need to either use a factory restore disc if you have one, or reinstall windows from a Windows disc.
You can buy restore discs if you dont have one, I have seen them for about £15

check boot order in bios set the cd rom in priority one!!

I got a virus from internet explorer

If you have a Factory Restore CD from Acer, you can boot the laptop with that in the drive, and it will start you on the process of restoring it to the factory configuration.

when booting your laptop once you see the Acer logo start tapping ALT + F10 that should boot into the restore partition & let you restore to factory defaults.
