My screen just developed a tiny black horizontal line all the way across it. Restarting the computer does nothing. If I refresh the monitor the line goes white them back to black. It is about 3/4 of the way up from the bottom. Whats up?
Yes. There is no vertical deflection. The circuit that controls vertical deflection is bad. This is an easy fix for a TV tech. Take it to the TV repair shop.

I have the same problem, one or so pixel rows all the way across the screen. Mine is about 20% up from the bottom of the screen. Any hope?
