I enter the BIOS already but the BIOS of BenQ Joybook 5100U is very simple and doesn't have any option to automatically find HDD and/or any other functions for resetting as other brands/models.

If you can access the motherboard look for 'JBAT1' and if located put jumper on pins 2-3 then back to 1-2, although i'm not 100% sure if your notebook board is similair to that of an ATX board.
If you are able this will delete any saved bios entries of HDD etc.

You may have to go back into the bios and see if there is an option to automatically find HDD, or you may have to manually enter them in the Standard Bios Settings.
It may be that the old HDD are still in the bios's recognised setup.
