Vulcan comfort control not blowing out duct

We have just moved into our new house and when we turn the ducted heating on, it doesnt blow out some of the vents, i dont think there are zones set to the remote but when i try and change the zone that doesnt work anyway, any other reasons why this could be happening? Can i just simply reset the system and it may start again? By the way, all vents are open in case someone thinks i may be that silly.

SOURCE: we have vulcan ducted heating. there is no heat

As a tip, often if you open the hatch at the bottom, instructions should be on the inside ?

You should be able to get a manual online, by using Google search, try to find the make mode number and Google for it.

That's the best advise I can give, when there is no manufacturers make and model data available.

SOURCE: I have a Vulcan Bonaire

hi,
The heating coil itself have some problem that's why the circuit breaker clicks off by sensing over current drop. Check the heating coil and replace it.

F1 08 f2 08 f3 08 f4 08 error codes vulcan comfort control what does it mean

What sort of machine is it? Refrigerated, Ducted, Gas? To do a full reset correctly, you must switch off at the main isolator next to the unit or at the meter box and leave it off for at least 15 minutes. A quick on / off does not reset it properly. If the unit is a refrigerated split system , and the outdoor is running but the machine is not blowing cold outside and hot inside (On heating mode) It could be due to a gas leak / shortage.

Bonaire vulcan comfort control

No it cant really be fitted as the evap system uses much larger duct and also in some cases people use a different type of duct that when running a gas heater threw it it tends to melt with the heat. Your best option would be to get new ducting that way you can size it correctly so you dont have air alance issues down the track.

Vulcan ducted heating

Do a continuity test on the heating elements, and if they're good then do the same on the sequencers or contactors, whichever you have. The sequencers (or if you have contactors turn on the heating elements). All the fan does is blow air. It blows against the heating element to put out hot air. Either your sequencers/contactor or your heating element is defective.Wait, each sequencers is connected to a fuse.Check the sequencer fuse too. Find the sequencer/contactor wherever the wire feeding the heating element is coming from.

No heat/// blower works

First, check the duct work! The most common "no heat" problems with dryers are caused by duct work blockage. If your duct is blocked, it will overheat the unit, causing it to shut down the heat source (gas or electric, it doesn't matter). Most units will continue to "blow" without the heat. Remove the duct work, remove all lint from the duct and "exit" port of the unit. Then, check the wall duct, both inside and outside the house.

The air blows through the heating ducts

The ducts should be inspected for leakage and repaired/sealed as necessary. Also, with any gas burning products in your house, you should be sure to install a Carbon Monoxide Detector in your main living area as well as in your bedroom.

Good Luck & Hope this helps!

FAN DOES NOT BLOW AIR OUT ON LOWER SETTINGS ONLY ON HIGH

Need a new blower motor resistor. Check under hood on firewall, on passenger side under cowl, behind strut tower area is usual spot. If not may be on housing/ducting under dash on passenger side near blower motor.
