Hi I am having a problem with my dsc-p72. I can view with my camera but i cant able to take any photographs or i can't shoot any movies. When i open my camera i can see a headlight like sign which icant find a description from the manual. In addition to that it displays a palm symbol. Please give me a solution for the above problem.
The palm tree is a slow shutter "twilight" setting to capture low light levels. Try resetting all functions by turning on the camera then pushing the "reset" button - you'll find it next to the recharge/DC IN socket on the back. Push it with a toothpick or paper clip. If that doesn't correct it, it could be an aperture or shutter problem that's a job for a shop.
