White lines across the screen

My proyector (TDP-T9U) shows two white lines at the left across the screen all the time, How can I fix this, I have 2 months with it so I do not thing it is the lamp.

I have the same problem with my TDP-T9 model. Second time used.

This is just a guess, but it's an LCD projector, it's possible the LCD itself is going bad. It's common for LCD panels to develop vertical lines when they are failing.

I have the same projector and had the same problem, the main board was replaced under warranty and the lines went away. 6 months later they are back again. The projector can handle a high resolution so that is not the problem. The white lines appear even when no source is connected (splash screen)

Sometimes if the resolution is set too high, white lines will appear.

How do I Fix LCD White Screen?

If you see "fractured lines" across the screen, it would appear that your LCD screen is broken. That's the only way these kinds of lines appear.
You need to replace the screen.

When I plug the TDP T9 I get about 2-3 flashes of the power light and then nothing. Left it plugged in over night and will not power up...also no light on. Is it the power supply? Who can fix this?

Horizontal white lines across top of TV screen

Hi I had the same problem. Broken white lines across the top of the screen. This is called overscan. You need to go into the Setup menu, other settings. 16:9 overscan needs to be on. Hope this helps.It solved our problem.

Trouble with output to the projector

Hi there

Check the following on your laptop.

Right click on your desktop , go to properties and settings - check if your resolution of the PC is the same as that of your Projector. i.e. 800x600 or 1024x768

Also check that your secondary monitor is attached / activated.

If the signal stil won't pick up - hold down the Fn ( function button) left of your spacebar and press in your F-row of buttons the one with 2 screens on it. ( differs from brand and model )
