Yeah, it's worth it. Probably a coil pack. But this is a guess. When you take it to a garage and they diagnose it. They tell you this is the fix. They are liable.
There are many different formats for pictures. You can download a utility called G-Spot (yeah weird name but ..... you can do a google search) from here. The utility will allow you to get the codec information for the picture(s) you have and with that information you can search for the proper codec.

I'd get the N-wireless card. It makes your signal much stronger, you pick up
more signals, and you have less interruption. You won't get to see the full
benefits without an N wireless router, but you will still notice an increase
with a G router. I have an N wireless USB adapter hooked up to my desktop right
now and I get 1-2 extra bars than I do with my laptop in the same spot (which
has a G wireless card).
Try changing the networking setting from automatic to GSM. Depending on which carrier you're using, the phone sometimes refuses to pick up a connection if it can't get a 3G compliant signal. When it's looking for just G, it gets service just fine. I've been having this problem and switching off 3G has been the only way to fix it.
Yeah well better take your mobile for service to a Sony Ericsson showroom..Even i had a same problem in sony w810i which got fixed after a service..Thank you!!...
for one make sure your wierless mini card is turned on there should be a switch depending in what kind of laptop you have and make sure you have a verison thing setup/downladed if your sons computer id older than it would make sense and if yhours is new if its not then idk but yeah
i was recently told that if you use an external antenna on the razr, you can 'burn out' the internal antenna resulting in no service or intermittant service, even when in an area that normally provides strong signal, thus it may be that your internal antenna is the problem.
