Sounds like you have two differant problems. A red drive or red picture tube is bad and the conbvergence IC's are bad. To test the red drive disconnect the green picture tube socket BUT MAKE SURE THE SET IS UNPLUGGED!!Then remove the red socket and move over to the green tube. Then turn on the set. If you get the same out of the green then you have a drive problem that needs to be trouble shot for a bad componet. If you do get a picture with the red connected to the green then the red tube is shot. If you know how to read a schematic, get one and then you should have no problem troubleshooting the red drive and the convergence problem. If you dont then there is no easy or quick fix as this is a solid state set and there are no user replaceable parts inside this.,. Your going to need, for safetys sake, call in a trained tech to assist you with this repair

YOu have convergence issues. Ok first question. IN your setup menu do you have the convergence option/ if you DO not then it can be a specail fusable link. fl231 if you do. next question do the picture bow in at the middle. if you do then it possibly a convergence power supply issue. next if you go into setup convergence does the crosshairs adjust up or down left to right on both blue and red. I if so then theres is a chance that it can be a convergence adjusment or a amplifer problem AS always THIS SET CAN GENERATE LEATHAL 380 VOLTS EVEN WITH SET UPLUGED SO BE CAREFULL.

Your TV most likely has one or more possible problems.
Problem #1: Convergence Chip Failure ( common problem )
Here are some of the most common symptoms and example photos of a convergence problem
Here is a quick test....
Using your original remote go-to the tv settings then goto the convergence section.
Try to adjust the red and then the blue convergence.
You should be able to move them up, down, left, and right.
If you can't move them in all directions your convergence chips are bad and should be replaced. This is a common problem.
Solution #1
You need to replace the convergence chips and convergence resistors. Check the site www.TvRepairKits.com. They have put together a kits for most models. If you don't see a kit for your set send them a quick note and they will put one together for you. Their kits include a photo instruction guide, original OEM Sanyo STK chips, convergence resistors, pico fuses, etc.
Problem #2 CRT Fluid is Cloudy
Projection TV tubes have a liquid coolant that is used to keep them from overheating. After many years the coolant in the blue and green tubes will become cloudy and cause the screen to look dull, red/orange, etc. You may even see halos around images.

Solution #2
What you will need to do is replace the coolant and clean the crt. You can get a repair kit from www.TvRepairKits.com that includes replacement coolant, photos. instructions, etc.
SOURCE: My picture was prodominately green/red. I took the
1.) It means the Glycol in the blue tube is bad--usually contaminated by bacteria--each of the 3 picture tubes has a sealed area between the face of the tube and the lens above.
2.) If you see a picture in Green and RED but blue looks like a floodlight--the blue tube would have to be removed, drained, and the area with the Glycol washed out---new glycol added and the tube resealed and installed back into the set.
3.) This is a fairly major repair--the Glycol is very toxic---like antifreeze but much more concentrated---unless you have done it before I would not suggest it as a do it yourself job.
4.) The bacteria never affects the RED(it does not seem to like that color) and only sometimes the Green.
5.) It may not be worth repairing as most shops charge 200-300 or more for this kind of repair---not to mention that after it is done quite a lot of adjustment to the convergence will be needed from removing and reinstalling the tube.
6.) I know I am not giving you good news but you actually found your problem yourself! If you need any advice or help reply to this post and I will try to assist you.

SOURCE: the red, green and blue colors do not line up correctly
This set is fairly easy to fix for this trouble. A AV48p30 usually takes me about 40 minutes to fix for this problem.
It uses two of the STK-392-110 convergence chips. The repair involves two things--getting at the chips (easy) and being able to unsolder them and replace them.
You can buy almost everything you will need on Ebay for under 30 dollars (I can tell you who to look for there)
Most shops are going to get 300 or more for this kind of repair so if you or someone you know can do it you can save a lot of money.
I can tell you how to get at the chips and also everything you will need to do the repair.
If this information has helped you rate this solution as I do this here for free.
If you want the detailed instructions let me know and I will post them here for you.

yes that is what it is called convergence and I see all the knobs that moves red blue and green lights but I need to know if there is a easy way to move them back so picture looks good cause someone thought they could make my picture better and messed it all up instead... Do you know of any where I can find a free service manual to help me with this
