I m trying to link my hs850 to samsung d807, my phone detects the headset and when i hit connect and it asks for a code and i put in code "0000", after trying to connect it fails.
I have the same problem with my sony phone and h350. plus once i get it connected, eventually it cuts off and disconnects and i cant get the calls to transfer back to my headset. The only thing that helps is if i turn my phone off then back on and go through the pairing process all over. Then it connects perfectly. This method might work for you but it is very inefficient if you have to continue to do this. I am still looking for answers myself

1.Press and hold the Multifunction button in the middle of a boom headset while the headset is closed. The light will glow blue.2.Open the boom microphone and the blue light should remain on. If not, repeat step 1. 3.On the cell phone, press Menu > Settings > Connection > Bluetooth > Handsfree > New Device 4.Select HS850 once a connection is detected. 5.The passkey "0000" is now entered to confirm the connection has been made. 6.The cell phone screen will now read "Bluetooth Connection".
Tips: 1.Provided you set the Bluetooth power to "On" after the initial connection has been made, the phone will automatically re-connect to the headset. 2.To set the Bluetooth power on - Press Menu, Select Settings, then Connections, then Bluetooth link, scroll to Setup and select that. Scroll to Power and chose Change. Scroll to On and press Select. The screen should now read "Changed: Power On". 3.Test Your Connection: Close the headset and watch for cell phone to say "Disconnected". Re-open the headset and the phone should be connected automatically and will now display "Bluetooth Connected".

Have U tried re-link them?
Turn off both device. Then switch the cell phone on first and check if the bluetooth is on. Then link it with the bluetooth. If you lost the manual, search online on the steps to do the linking. Cell phone should be able to detect the bluetooth and finally link with it.
