Hi,
You to change the setting of your monitor that is found at the bottom of your monitor some near the power button (of your monitor when you turn on the monitor) it is a push botton where you can change the width, height, etc. not on the resolution or any program found in your computer.
Thanks

Itouch disabled

When your iPod Touch displays a message telling you to connect it to iTunes, it may be in recovery mode, or have been disconnected in the middle of an update.
To get rid of the screen, you must reset your device. If in passcode mode, an iPod Touch must be manually unlocked or fully restored to get back to the home screen.Forcing a Reboot
When your iPod Touch is stuck on a screen that is instructing you to connect with iTunes, a normal restart will probably not work, as the hard drive has become frozen.
You can still, however force the iPod to reboot using a process called resetting.
To reset an iPod Touch, hold down the "Sleep/Wake" and "Home" buttons at the same time until an Apple logo appears, indicating that the device is rebooting.
When an iPod Touch reboots, it always goes back to the lock screen. Passcode mode will still be enabled.

Unlocking With the Passcode
If you know the passcode for your iPod Touch, slide the "Slide to Unlock" arrow and then enter your code on the next screen.
Upon entering your password, you will be directed to the device's home screen. If you enter the wrong password too many times, it will become disabled temporarily.
The iPod Touch can also be set to erase all content after 10 incorrect passcode attempts if you previously enabled this feature, don't attempt more than 9 entries.

Unlocking Without Passcode If you have forgotten the passcode to your iPod Touch, the only way to unlock the device is by restoring it.
Restoring an iPod Touch returns it to the factory settings, meaning that any settings, applications or music you added to the iPod are removed.
Once the device is restored, you can re-add your downloads and other information using the backup copies in your computer iTunes program.
The passcode setting will be disabled unless you manually enable it again.

Consideration

If you don't have a backup of your music and applications in iTunes on your computer, you can also download another copy from the iTunes Store or App Store on your device after a restore.
Any photos that are deleted during restore, however, will be lost forever if a backup does not exist.
Always back up your information via sync on a regular basis to avoid this problem.

How to Unlock a 16GB iPod Touch

How to Unlock a 16GB iPod Touch
Apple's iPod Touch comes with a screen lock feature that allows you to set a four-digit security code to prevent others from using your iPod. Every time the iPod locks, you must enter this code to unlock the screen and access the user interface. Entering the wrong code too many times, or simply forgetting your security code, can cause you to be completely locked out. When this happens, you can quickly
Instructions
1Connect your iPod Touch to the computer you usually sync it with. When you disconnect your iPod, it should now be unlocked.
2 If Step 1 does not work, you have to restore your iPod Touch. Be advised that restoring your iPod Touch returns it to the original factory settings. This means that all your songs and files will be deleted and lost. You can resync your files to your iPod from iTunes once you have finished restoration. Connect your iPod to your computer and open iTunes. Make sure you have the latest version of iTunes before proceeding.
3 In the left navigation panel in iTunes, select your iPod under the "Devices" section. Click the "Summary" tab and select "Restore."
4 When iTunes prompts you about backing up your data, click "Back Up." In the following window, click "Restore."
5 After the restore process completes, you will see the Apple logo on the screen of your iPod. Leave your iPod connected to your computer until it shows up again on the iTunes navigation panel.
6 Your iPod touch is now unlocked. In iTunes you will be able to setup your iPod. Select the backup you made in the drop-down menu to restore your data files. Click "Continue" to finish the restoration.

Tips & Warnings
Apple notes that the company will not be able to help you unlock your iPod if you forget the security combination. Your only choice is to restore the device to the original factory settings.

I reset my ipod touch but the screen appear with itunes icon and usb connector

Hello,

The OS (operating system) of your ipod is corrupt for one reason or the other. The ipod won't boot or start because the start-up file or necessary files needed to boot up the ipod are corrupt.

The solution to the problem is to re-installing the OS (operating system) of the ipod by restoring the ipod. To achieve this, you will be needs a USB cord for your ipod model and i-tunes installed on your computer. Once you have i-tunes installed on your computer and a USB cord, then the job will be done and your ipod will be back to normal again.

If you don't have i-tunes installed on your computer, go to www.apple.com
Click on i-tunes and download i-tunes for free, then install it on your computer. After installing and downloading i-tunes, follow the below steps:

Run the i-tune program on your computer
Connect the USB to your I-pod
Connect the other end to your computer
Wait a while for the computer to recognize and install the ipod, then read and follow instructions on the i-tune. It will ask you to restore your ipod.
But if the i-tunes doesn't recognize the ipod via your PC, press and hold the Power button and the home button for 5 to 10 seconds. Leave the power button and keep pressing the home button or vice-ver-sa till the restore option comes up.
Click on restore and follow instructions thereafter.

After the whole restore process, your i-pod will be back to normal again.

Note: Make sure you back up your ipod if the files on it are very important to you. Start by syncing your iPod with your computer. When you do this, the iPod management screen will appear. Midway down that screen there's a button that reads "Restore."

Please let me know if you need further assistance.

Good luck.

My 2nd Gen Ipod Touch is giving me code 20 when I am trying to downgrade the firmware. I have the white screen of death, and I have found a lot of troubleshooting saying that it was the 4.0 firmware update...

Hi Amber,
I own an iPod touch 3g, and iPhone 4. (just FYI)
As per Apple's technology, "firmwares" can only be upgraded and can never be downgraded.
I don't know whether it's legal to post here, but I'll take chance. You can use TinyUmbrella (in future) to backup SHSH blobs, so that you can downgrade. If you want to know more about this, then let me know.
Coming to the current issue of White Screen of Death, try pressing both Home and Lock button for sometime (10+ seconds) and see whether you get any result on the screen. You should see the Apple logo, and it should boot normally. I've bricked and unbricked my devices a lot of times.
Just remember that you can NEVER brick your device permanently, so don't panic.
If you need any more assistance, then let me know.

IPod Touch font way too big and it wont get to normal size

Looks like you accidentally zoomed in the screen of your iPod touch, to zoom out, use three of your fingers to double-tap the screen simultaneously. That's the only way. Do the same thing to zoom back in.

Ipod wont go on

Try two things, first reset it. For the iPod Touch or iPhone hold down the "Home" button and the "Sleep/Wake" button until you see the apple logo in the middle of the screen, the it should come on. For a regular iPod hold down the middle button and the "Menu" button for about 7-8 seconds. If this doesn't work then try restoring it. Plug your iPod into your computer and open up iTunes, select your iPod in the list to the left, then click the "Restore" button located right under the big picture of your iPod model. Restoring will take several minutes. Also if you have an iPhone, back up all your text messages, because they will probably be lost during the "Restore."
Hope this helps!
