I have linksys 2.4 ghz + one 12' line. My new computer is in another room, 32 feet from cable modem how do I connect to internet?

I'm assuming that one computer isn't wife enabled. Depending on where the non wifi computer is located in relation to the router, you will need another either patch cable or a wifi adapter.

I have a Linksys WRT160Nv3 wireless router and a blackberry curve 8900. My blackberry tells me that it will generate a PIN, which I will then enter somehow into the router to satisfy its WEP security...

it wont, Mobile devices do not have the option to have a generated pin the same as for a Router vice versa, the only you can get connected to your router from your blackberry is to have your router security key disabled. this will allow you to connect any mobile device on your router, a PSP and other wireless devices than can use wireless internet.

Will not connect to internet whether it is wired or not

connect the broadband modem to the internet port of your router (probably is blue). Then connect your pc to the router.

You have to set your router to act as dns.

My Linksys BEFW11S4 Wireless-B Broadband Router? i cant connect in my internet and my PSP how can i do to connect it?

Set up an open wireless network or with WPA encryption. The PSP supports WEP/WPA but not WPA2 or Wireless G, it's a B device.
Also use a short passphrase and DHCP to lease IP Addresses.

Cannot connect xbox 360 to wireless router

If you use DSL I would also check to make sure you are not being port blocked by your ISP. Some will block you if you exceed bandwidth on a particular port rather than throttling you or shutting you down entirely.
