Question about Sony Cyber-Shot DSC-T5 Digital Camera
I can no longer transfer images from my camera to my cpu. it says there is a parameter error. sometimes the images wont even show up. i connected my USB cable to another cpu and it still didnt work. please help!
The USB Port connectors or the associated components like the processor IC may be having damages due to transient electrical spikes. refer to a service center and we can help you with the spares and service manuals.

Tips for a great answer:
Jan 10, 2012 | Canon G12 Digital Camera
The LCD screen may display a FILE ERROR message when trying to view a still image on the camera if the image was rotated, modified and overwritten using editing software on a computer. To play images you have taken on the camera, it is recommended that you do not make any changes to the original image files. I suggest that you transfer the images from the Camera to the computer and check if it works. After transferring the images, get the Memory formatted from the Camera and start capturing new images. The edited images will not get displayed in the Camera again. Please try not to edit the images in the Computer without transferring it.
