You need a Driver update, go to :

where you can download the latest driver ( if the link above doesn't work for you, just go to Epson.com-Divers and Support-enter in your model #-it should show your Operating system in the box, if not, use the arrow to scroll thru until it you find what you are running and click it-Then click on the printer driver and update your driver.
I have 3 of the RX580's and have worked on the RX595's & 620's (they are exactly the same except for color) and have had this same problem after an OS update or a Driver update.
Getting the newest driver should cure your problem, although one time I actually had to revert back to an older driver for Windows XP.
Don't forget to reboot after you get the new driver.
