My windows Xp will not find my samsung YH-925

I keep getting this error message on the Mp3 player === Firmware repair=== The device firmware can't be loaded now, Please connect to PC and repair firmware with recovery utility Thanks for any help

Well first of all you can follow the below link and download the firmware for your player -

After downloading follow the below steps on How to Firmware upgrade. -

1) Download attached file to your PC
2) Connect MP3 Player to PC with USB cable
3) Excute Recovery Utility (See Instruction Guide)
4) Excute Firmware upgrade
It resolve your problem......
