My windows Xp will not find my samsung YH-925

Samsung only shows drivers for XP and Windows 2000 from 2005. What happens when you plug the unit into your PC?

Well first of all you can follow the below link and download the firmware for your player -

After downloading follow the below steps on How to Firmware upgrade. -

1) Download attached file to your PC
2) Connect MP3 Player to PC with USB cable
3) Excute Recovery Utility (See Instruction Guide)
4) Excute Firmware upgrade
It resolve your problem......

have you tried the recovery utility as it may be able to recover your current firmware

Samsung website - click on support and then enter your model # - in the downloads section

HI I HAVE THIS UNIT AND IT WORKS FINE ON WMP9 CONNECT TO INTERNET AND DOWNLOAD WMP9[WINDOWS MEDIA PKLAYER 9] FROM MICROSOFT SITE THEN RE INSTALL DISK FOR YH920 BUT NOT NAPSTER SOFTWARE THEN RUN UTILITY FOR DEVICE FIRMWARE REPAIR GOOD LUCK IT DOES WORK
