I have the GE EasyCam Pro, it was working perfectly but 5 days ago everytime I started my computer a message showed. The massage says: Power Frequency Setting To avoid the image flickering You have to set the power frequency area European contries, Australia, India are 50 Hz are America and other contries are 60 Hz. Do you live in a 50 Hz area? Yes No
I don't know what is the problem. I unninstalled the drivers and I installed them again but the problem is always the same.
does anyone know how can I fix this?

Re: EasyCam Pro (HO98064)
Try a different driver if your not happy, remove cam and uninstall driver again through add/remove programmes.
When you re connect use a different USB port if available.
Sometimes the frequency needs to be set at 50HZ, the same as an Eye toy when it's used as a web cam, as the drivers are usually multi country.

A code 10 generally refers to a peice of hardware the is faulty.
Assuming all the usb ports have been tried and you have tried on another pc if possible, the camera is not able to start due to a fault, not a software problem.
If the camera does work on another pc then the driver you have installed is not suitable for your operating system for the camera to be recognised in Windows, especially if it's Vista as there are still problems and sometimes a WIN XP driver is the answer.
