Printer was working fine until I placed replaced both black and color cartridges. Worked fine for awhile but then started getting error message that there was a cartridge error and that I had to remove and replace cartridges. I did as asked and it was fine for awhile but now I get blank pages when I go to print. I followed multiple troubleshooting tips from Dell, cleaned cartridges, cleaned maintenance bar, unplugged all connections and reconnected. When I go to print from the Maintenance page I still get a blank page printed. I even tried printing from a Word Document and got a blank page. What is the problem? Please help.
Have you reset the ink levels for your printer? Some printer software refers to it as that others ask if you have installed a new cartridge.
Do maintenance on the printer, such as clean heads, print test page, head alingment, etc and see if that fixes it. You can get to all these options through properties

my printer was working fine. However, even though I still have ink it is now printing blank pages.
My A960 is printing extremely light and the print is garbled/or the lines are merged together. This is with both the black and color ink, which are Dell and not empty.
I have the same problem, the printer just stopped printing text altogether. It will print images, and both cartridges are full, I reinstalled the driver, but nothing! Grrr!
My Dell A960 will print a test page, but will not print Word documents or a fax. It's just printing blank pages.
