Where is the convergence control?

mine is in the set-up menu accessed from the buttons on the front of the tv

It is symptom of convergence output ICs failure, replace convergence output ICs located on D board to fix this problem.
Call local tv repairman to replace defective ICs if you do not have prior experience of electronics stuff repair.

Hi the green cross it cant move that the reference for red and blue adjustement ;just try to put the red and blue cross over the green pattern then quit/
if that doesnt work you probly have the stk-xxx ic
who control the color alignment ,are blow/
you will have to replaced and make the convergence
check if you have an auto adjustement for that most projection tv have one...

Replace the convergence IC's - P/N STK192-110 with part STK192-150 or 180. Then you can go back in and make the detailed convergence settings and get your picture back in alignement. Also check the flame-resistant resistors around the ICs to make sure that none of them have opened up.

yes you can try.
goto convergence setings
slect menue on your remote
goto Convergence option 4 under (screen)
if this mode is mising you have an open resitor 750k ohm location on main pcb board is R19722
your tv set is also an RCA tpk195, if this helps
ptk195.
you might want to have a TV repairman look at the red blue and green convergence amp's.

you have a fusible link that has blown. This is what causes the convergence option no be erased from the menu. You will need to locate the blown link and replace it. They are identified by FLpreceeding the location number on the circuit board such FL221 and etc.

The actual process is fairly easy. However, you must open the TV cabinet. You can access the CRTs (there are three) and adjust position and power for each color. This is not recommended and you should call a local repair shop. Find an independent service center and you may find someone to do this for under $120.00

are you looking to correct the problem or make and adjustment
adjustments you can do from the remote once you in the menu
however if that doesn't fix your problem most likely it need convergence ic's

try unplugging and waiting over night and then repluging it in this will reset the computer
