I need to know the power adapter polarity for a Blueparrott B250-XT Bluetooth Headset, either positive tip or negative tip polarity. Also, I need to know the correct Output voltage rating on the charger that comes with the headset.
9vdc positive tip. Road King RPDC-812 available at most truck stops work great it's a universal dc adapter and the orange end fits the 250xt. Price $15 at Love's.

If the green light comes on while you are charging the unit it means the battery is getting power. If the unit won't function or show any indicators while it is not on the charger there may be an issue with one of the control circuits. I recommend calling VXi, the makers of Blueparrott Headsets at 800-742-8588 for technical support. All VXi, Blueparrott Headsets have a one year warranty.

If the headset goes dead almost immediately after charging the issue is likely with one of the control circuits. In the unlikely event the battery is the issue is manufacturer replaceable only. I'd recommend calling VXi at 800-742-8588 for warranty repair option information.
