Hello: THis model does not come up any where,recheck model. Also if using cable box and television has HD capabality then you may be in Zoom mode. Check you remote for a format button sound like like ur in zoom mode.
Its could be a fuse but highly unlikly. A surge will usually blow out the power supply, like short out the rectifiers,or the standby power supply. Its best to let a trained servicer look at the set. Good Luck
