Acer 4315 laptop Screen very dull.

acer should have the drivers you need on their website.

Check whether the screen becomes dull when it comes to Windows.. (i mean if we turn on the laptop, screen should be normal and it becomes dull when it enters windows) in this case check for Battery settings (power adjustments).. if you find it is totally displaying dull, monitor should be replaced

usually the smallest is 40 gig.

my 4315 series acer crystal eye webcam is not working or rather cant find the icon please help thank you.

First plug in the Notebook to a power socket with your adapter. Power on the Notebook and you will see the Acer splash screen. Immediately prell ALT and keep tapping F10 at the same time. It will take you to a screen where you will see "windows is loading files" or "starting acer recovery" it will ask you, how do you want to restore?" choose the option "restore to factory default" and click continue. It will go through the restore process and within 15 - 20 minutes it should finish the process. Your Notebook will be back to factory default settings and once again you can see the OOBE.

First make sure its not something that can be removed with a cloth.
If it's there as soon as you turn on the notebook then it's a screen problem and only taking it to Acer will solve it.
If it only happens in windows then it could be a graphics driver problem ,uninstalling and reinstalling the driver should resolve it.
Even a program running in the backround could be causing it.

Maybe cuz of screensaver. disable the screensaver.

the brightness light might gone bad. u have to examine the system by a authorized service centre or some qulified technicain.  may be hey could repair it without replacement of screen.
